Provincial Evolution League

About PEL

What is PEL?

PEL = Provincial Evolution League

WPS created the Provincial Evolution League (PEL) to provide athletes with the opportunity to compete in full FINA regulation games, both with and against other athletes in the province, in a short 3-event game series. Athletes compete in one of two divisions: Development (approximately 14 and under) and Open (15 and over).
